Terms of Service

1. Parties and Scope
These terms govern the use between Disket Telekom LTD. ŞTİ. ("VDS Host") and the customers and resellers using the services. By using the service you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
2. Service Description
VDS Host provides virtual servers (VDS), dedicated servers and API-based management infrastructure. NVMe storage, full root access, DDoS protection, firewall, console access, format, backup and API management are standard on all VDS configurations.
3. Reseller and Balance-Based Discount
The discount rate for resellers is set automatically by the active balance loaded into the account. It starts at 10% at $250 and rises to 45% at $10,000 and above. The discount applies to both ready plans and custom configurations on the base price. When the balance decreases, the discount level is recalculated by the current balance range.
4. Payment and Balance
Services run on a prepaid balance system. Loaded balance remains valid until the account is closed. Usage fees are charged according to the chosen product or configuration.
5. Acceptable Use
Servers may not be used for spam, unauthorized scanning, acting as a DDoS source, copyright infringement or activities contrary to applicable law. In case of violation, the service may be suspended or terminated.
6. API Usage
API access is performed HMAC-signed with the key and secret pair defined for the account. Keeping keys confidential is the customer's responsibility. Excessive use is subject to rate limits; access may be restricted upon detection of abuse.
7. Service Continuity (SLA)
99.9% uptime is targeted. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. Force majeure and customer-caused outages are outside SLA scope.
8. Limitation of Liability
VDS Host is not responsible for indirect damages or for backing up the data the customer hosts on their server. Data redundancy is the customer's responsibility.
9. Changes
VDS Host reserves the right to update these terms. Significant changes are notified through the registered contact address.
