How are tiers determined?
As your balance grows, you automatically move up a tier. The Bronze tier starts at 10% at a $250 balance; the Diamond tier reaches 45% at $10,000 and above. The tier change is instant: the new rate kicks in the moment you load balance.
What happens when the balance drops?
The discount is always recalculated by your current balance range. If your balance falls into a lower range, the rate updates to that range too. So there are no surprises — you always know your margin precisely.
Impact on your margin
Say you sell a VDS with a $20 list price. At the Diamond tier your cost is $11; selling to your customer at $20 earns you a $9 gross margin per server. The discount applies to both ready plans and custom configurations on the base price.
